HACIENDAS DE ESPAÑA

HACIENDA ZORITA

Hacienda Zorita, a 15th Century former Dominican monastery and stopping off point for Columbus before he set off for the New World, sits astride the River Tormes a few miles downstream from the Renaissance splendour of Salamanca, a UNESCO World Heritage City.

When we converted Hacienda Zorita into a boutique wine hotel, we carefully renovated the original features, while adding the luxuries you would expect from a five star hotel.

Hacienda Zorita has 30 bedrooms, fine dining with a menu devised by two star Michelin Chef Sergi Arola, a breathtaking vaulted wine cellar and a wellness Spa, all sitting among beautiful vineyards and rustic scenery, perfect for the wine tourist.

HACIENDA UNAMUNO

Hacianda Unamuno Durius Resort & Natural Park is the perfect retreat.

Close to the border with Portugal, this hidden treasure is deep within the Arribes del Duero Nature Park, 200 square kilometres of virgin nature, where wolves, golden eagles and black storks live undisturbed by man alongside the famed Pata Negra pigs, whose jamon is legendary. A true sanctuary for protected species.

The five star boutique wine hotel offers high quality gastronomy from the region and adjoins a state-of-the-art working winery, all surrounded by vineyards, peace and quiet.

HACIENDA ABASCAL

In the heart of the Golden Mile of the Ribera del Duero and next door to the renowned Vega Sicilia winery, stands Hacienda Abascal, a sanctuary to wine tourism.

This ultra-modern boutique wine hotel stands in a landscape of vineyards and adjoins a modern winery where every care is taken to produce one of the iconic wines of the famous Ribera del Duero region from the local Tempranillo grape.

To complement the finest Spanish wines from the cellar, there is the River Café by Sergi Arola**, offering casual dining on natural food products of the Duero region, prepared by Sergi Arola, the Spanish Michelin 2-star chef.
